Artistic Nude

​After you take away the unrealistic glamorous setting of a glamour photo and the clothing constraints of a fashion shoot, and add some carefully controlled and refined lighting and posing this is what's left. The female form has featured in all forms of art for centuries gone by and will continue to do so for many more.It is a flattering and imaginative but simple combination of light, shadow and form. I have had numerous reasons why women wish to undertake a photo shoot in this style, to celebrate a milestone, celebrate themselves, to document their physical being pre/ post surgery or to build confidence by stepping outside of their comfort zone. Love it or loathe it, this style of photography will always fire up the imagination and emotion and sit somewhere in “The Arts”.
